What we collect
When you use Contact or Start Your Project, you may provide your name, organization, email, phone number, location details, project preferences, messages, and optional artwork or reference files.
How we use it
We use this information only to review your inquiry, prepare a response or quote, and communicate with you about your request. We do not sell your personal information.
Accounts
Submitting a contact message or quote request does not create a Client Portal account. Portal access, if offered later, is handled separately.
Storage
In development (fixture mode), submissions are held in server memory for the current session and are not permanently stored. When production systems are connected, submissions and artwork will be stored securely for operational follow-up.
Artwork
Logos, crests, and reference files submitted with a project request are covered by our Artwork Policy, including ownership, permitted use, and file guidelines.
